Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience as Director of Operations/Hotel Manager of a large four-star or four-diamond multi-outlet convention property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Are a dynamic and results-driven hospitality leader with a track record of success.
- Excel in strategic planning and operational management across all hotel departments.
- Possess strong financial acumen and a passion for achieving outstanding profit performance.
- Lead with a guest-centric mindset, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing and overseeing both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving outstanding profit and guest service goals.
