Requirements

Physical ability to lift 15 lbs.
Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift.
Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
Load and unload all parts on jigs while the line is running.
Monitor schedule to ensure correct parts are loaded.
Wipe down and prepare parts to be painted.
Check for quality defects, remove all bad parts, and document.
Ensure parts are set up correctly to be painted.
Remove painted parts off the line and place in crates.
Pick parts to be scanned and labeled.
Scan parts and enter into computer system.
Accurately pack and label boxes for shipping.
Record operational or production data.
Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
Clean production equipment and work areas.
