Requirements

• Licensed/Registered Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) preferred
• 1+ year of general practice experience strongly preferred
• Strong anesthesia and dentistry skills
• Confidence in phlebotomy and radiology
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, evolving hospital environment
• Commitment to high standards of patient care

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient histories and TPRs
• Assist in exams and client education
• Perform venipuncture and catheter placement
• Collect and process laboratory samples
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical procedures
• Perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed
• Maintain accurate charting
• Support a positive and efficient workflow
