About The Position

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our meat processing facility as General Labor Team Members . This hands‑on role gives you the opportunity to work across multiple departments and make a meaningful impact on our daily operations. You’ll be part of a team that keeps our production running smoothly by performing essential physical tasks such as: Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stretching Climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching Lifting up to 40 lbs. or more , depending on department Completing repetitive motions Working 8–10-hour shifts on hard flooring You may work in a variety of environments, including cold, damp, hot, or humid areas , and some surfaces may be slippery. Safety is our priority, and we’ll provide training to help you work confidently and effectively.
