This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive unit volume, gross, finance penetration, and customer satisfaction If you’ve built teams, set process, held people accountable, and consistently hit numbers inside a Hyundai dealership , we want to talk. What You’ll Own Lead daily operations for New, Used, Desking, and F&I . Drive high volume + high performance across all key variable KPIs (units, front/back gross, PVR, close rate, F&I product penetration, CSI). Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Build and enforce a repeatable sales process with accountability. Ensure Hyundai program compliance and execution (incentives, reporting, OEM standards). Manage inventory strategy with Used Car leadership (pricing, appraisals, turn, merchandising, aging). Coordinate with BDC/Internet team to increase set/close rates and improve lead response quality. Run effective daily/weekly cadence: performance reviews, pipeline, training, forecast, and execution. Maintain a culture of performance, professionalism, and customer-first selling.
