General Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Midwest
About The Position
Multi-Family National Developer currently seeking a General Superintendent for several projects throughout the Midwest. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversight for entire project portfolio Oversight of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Field Staff at multiple job sites. Interacting with subcontractors Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
Requirements
- Multi-Family Construction required
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Podium and Wrap Project experience a plus
