To learn more, visit our benefits and perks page. ______________________________________________________________________ Full-Time Day Shift - $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance) Full-Time Evening/Overnight Shift - $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential) SIGN-ON BONUS $5,000 bonus Paid in increments at completion of 4, 8, and 12 months of employment Specific PDC eligible roles RELOCATION ASSISTANCE Up to $7,500 relocation bonus available to specific PDC eligible roles (paid after providing proof of change in residency) ______________________________________________________________________ Position Overview: Be part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards. This is an essential onsite position, which requires regular onsite attendance.

Requirements

GED or High School Diploma
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
Ability to provide professional work environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success
Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
Inspect and receive product
Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
Verify correct parts have been picked
Box product and prepare for shipping
Assemble cables and battery packs
Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
Handle customer change-order requests when applicable
Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
