Your Impact: Join Pearce as a skilled and motivated Generator Technician and contribute to maintaining and repairing commercial generators on cell phone towers. Requirements
- Minimum of one year of generator and electrical maintenance experience; two or more years preferred.
- Knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair, including electronic, mechanical, and electrical components. Moderate computer skills required.
- Basic understanding of FCC, FAA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Compliance with OSHA standards and ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Capability to lift over 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and troubleshoot effectively.
- Willingness to drive long distances and work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Must assume 24-hour on-call duty when assigned.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair generator systems, install and replace components, and perform upgrades.
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance, adhering to blueprints and design specifications.
- Install and test fuel, water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls for proper operation.
- Respond promptly to generator alarms and be available for 24/7 on-call duty if necessary.
- Ensure safety and awareness of potential hazards in installations and maintenance of power supply equipment. Attend all safety and training meetings.
