About The Position

Assurance Power Systems (“APS”) is a residential and commercial generator and electrical installation and service business located in Delray Beach, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our electrical team. The job of an Electrical Field Supervisor is to support our generator and electrical installers and enable our company to continue to complete the best installation work in South Florida. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of generator equipment and electrical systems, and has a strong background in project management and scheduling. This role is essential for ensuring that electrical installation projects are executed efficiently and safely while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field or related generator/construction management experience.
Ability to lead by example while driving productivity and ensure strong team culture.
Familiarity with project management software, particularly ServiceTitan, is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently and under pressure.
Maintaining the highest standard of work ethic and professionalism.
Valid US Drivers License
Willing to undergo a background screening and drug test

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with project management software, particularly ServiceTitan, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Maintain the highest service/installation standard to ensure safe and quality work with everything we touch.
Manage and oversee schedule boards to optimize technician performance and customer satisfaction.
Implement efficient processes to improve workflow and reduce downtime.
Oversee vehicle and warehouse inventory to ensure all technicians have the required truck stock & warehouse supplies.
Provide electrical technician support for generator installations, service changes engineering questions, and compliance with electrical codes.
Conduct weekly training meetings on electrical best practices, national electrical codes, Florida building codes, and local municipality regulations.
Work closely with sales team & permit team post job sale to ensure all necessary documentation (pictures, setbacks, surveys) are collected and marked correctly for engineering of electrical and gas riser diagrams.
Manage timely and accurate sales and permitting integrations for generator and any electrical work sold requiring electrical drawings.
Complete site evaluations to confirm the scope of work that is planned.
Preparation of installation plans to ensure timely completion inside the scope of the project timeline.
Scheduling of installation work to manage labor effectively and efficiently.
Reviewing work completed and processing payroll to reflect completed work.
Supporting our sales team with any technical electrical questions.
Addressing customer concerns with proper response times.
