Requirements

  • No prior automotive experience required.
  • Candidates must have a stable work history
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience

Responsibilities

  • To aide in anyway when asked to contribute to the running and maintenance of the overall facility
  • Serve as a Concierge during customer arrival and exit of their service visit
  • Ability to properly check customer in using service lane technology
  • Ability to properly transition customer to assigned Service Advocate
  • Ability to streamline and manage service drive, loaner, and parking lot operations
  • Portray a professional and energetic attitude, appearance, and work ethi
