Requirements

• Current Professional Engineer Licence with Alabama registration.
• 5 years or more experience in geotechnical engineering or construction materials testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and LIMS software.
• Able to read project drawings and specifications.
• Knowledgeable of construction materials such as steel, concrete, aggregates, masonry.
• Detail report writing.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Engineer licensure in TN, LA, MS is prefered.

Responsibilities

• Certify letters of conformance, residential lot letters, and geotechnical reports.
• Make site visits as needed.
• Completion of online safety training modules as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
