About The Position

Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs). Shifts Available Part Time, 16 hours per week 7:00am - 3:30pm Biweekly Schedule: Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday Full Time, 40 hours per week 7:00am - 3:30pm Biweekly Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Full Time, 40 hours per week 11:00pm - 7:30am Biweekly Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Part Time, 32 hours per week 3:00pm - 11:30pm Biweekly Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday What we offer: Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law in accordance with applicable state law for employees working 30+ hours per week. Compensation: Ranging from $17.00 per hour up to $22.00 per hour; based upon years of experience. Potential for $1.00 per hour shift differential for evening and night shifts. Requirements

Current GNA certification for the state in which you are working
1-2 years of GNA experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Assisting residents in activities of daily living
Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
