About The Position
Geriatrician Join a Leading Academic Health System in Rhode Island Kent Hospital , a 360 bed teaching hospital, part of Care New England , a top non-profit health system in RI and southeastern MA, is seeking a Geriatrician to join our dynamic Geriatrics and Palliative Care Team. Who Are You: BC Internal or Family Medicine BE/BC in Geriatrics (dual certification in Palliative Care preferred) Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care What Youll Do: Lead interdisciplinary rounds on our ACE Unit using the Age-Friendly 4 Ms model of care Provide hospital wide consults for common geriatric syndromes to help the primary team manage patients Optional outpatient clinic for older adults located adjacent to Kent Hospital Collaborate on system wide Age Friendly initiatives Why Join Us? Requirements
- BC Internal or Family Medicine
- BE/BC in Geriatrics
- Passionate about teamwork, teaching and high quality patient centered care
