About The Position
The Gift Shop Associate provides compassionate, courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. This role supports daily gift shop operations while maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment consistent with the hospital’s mission of care, comfort, and professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED- required

- Previous customer service experience- preferred
