About The Position
The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a Seasonal - Gift Shop Attendant to join our amazing Team in our Dreamy Draw Market! Hours/Shifts - Flexible with AM/PM availability during high volume seasonal periods - including weekends and holidays Our Seasonal Positions are from February 2026 - September 2026 Gift Shop Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. Assist guests in choosing quality jewelry, gift, clothing and sundry items and ensure proper payment is collected for the merchandise while maintaining Crescent’s standards of service. This includes performing all duties of the coffee bar. Supportive Functions: In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company. Promptly answer telephone in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with directions y and answer any other questions guests may have. Correctly process a refund or exchange for merchandise being returned. Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
- Can communicate well with guests
- Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
Responsibilities
