About The Position

Ahoy Mateys! Have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with people? Pirates Voyage is actively seeking members to join our crew as Gift Shop Employees! Ages 16 and Up Hours depend on the show schedule, but shifts will include afternoons and evenings as we are a dinner show. Shows Call Time End Time 6PM Show 3:45PM 8:30pm 3:30 & 6 1:15PM 8:30PM 6 & 8:30 3:45PM 11PM 3:30, 6 & 8:30 1:15PM 11PM 1, 3:30, 6 & 8:30 10:30AM 11PM

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, greeting and directing the guests
• Assist guests with their purchases
• Process credit cards
• Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day
• Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times
• Assist with set up, stock, and cleaning duties as needed in the Village.
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job
