We are looking for a Global Benefits Manager (Lead) to oversee and evolve our global benefits programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our benefits strategy aligns with our company values while remaining competitive in the tech landscape. You will take full ownership of the US benefits lifecycle and work to scale our offerings globally as we grow. About The Role Strategy & Design: Lead the design and implementation of global benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, sustainable, and compliant. US Benefits Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert for all US-based benefits, including health plans, 401(k), and annual open enrollment. International Scaling: Partner with regional teams (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to localize benefits offerings while maintaining global consistency. Data Analysis: Regularly audit and analyze benefit program utilization and costs to drive data-informed improvements. Vendor & Broker Management: Manage relationships with external brokers and providers to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness. Internal Communication: Create clear, accessible documentation and communications to help employees understand and maximize their benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in global benefits management within the tech industry.
  • US Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA) and plan administration.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, and HRBP functions.
