The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, compliance, and administration of employee benefits programs across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. This role ensures that benefit offerings remain competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the company’s total rewards strategy. Working within a lean HR team, the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including managing broker and vendor relationships, overseeing plan administration, monitoring program costs, and enhancing the overall employee benefits experience. The position serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on health, welfare, retirement, leave, and ancillary benefits, including U.S. medical and 401(k) plans and country-specific programs in the UK and Canada.
