About The Position

TP ICAP Group is the world’s largest interdealer broker, connecting buyers and sellers in global financial, energy, and commodities markets. Our purpose is to improve price discovery, liquidity, and data distribution through responsible and innovative solutions. Interns join a business that sits at the heart of the financial system. Our Global Broking division includes premium brands such as TP, ICAP, and PVM, each with deep expertise across asset classes and geographies. Whether facilitating trades in government bonds, foreign exchange, or energy futures, our brokers help institutional clients navigate complex markets with speed, precision, and insight. Founded in London in 1866, TP ICAP operates from more than 60 offices in 27 countries and employs over 5,000 people. We are proud to be the number one Energy & Commodities broker globally, the leading provider of OTC data, and home to an award-winning all-to-all trading platform. Our 10-week Global Broking Summer Internship offers a dynamic immersion into the world of institutional trading and operations. Interns gain hands-on exposure to the full trade lifecycle—from client onboarding to trade capture to settlement—while rotating across desks and asset classes within the world’s largest interdealer broker. You’ll be part of a cohort of 10–15 Global Broking interns, joining a broader group of interns from across the organization. This structure fosters cross-functional learning and creates opportunities to build lasting professional relationships. Program dates are Tuesday, June 2 – Friday, August 7, 2026. As a Global Broking intern, your summer will be shaped by real exposure to the business. You’ll spend your days embedded on active trading desks, learning directly from brokers and product specialists across a range of asset classes, including Fixed Income, FX & MM, Equities, Derivatives, and Emerging Markets.
