About the position

The Global Partner Marketing Manager, Logitech for Business, is vital in shaping and executing impactful global partner marketing programs. As a core contributor, this position manages Market Development Fund (MDF) operations, supports the L4B partner portal, and drives key initiatives such as new product introductions (NPI), campaigns, and broader marketing programs. Beyond strategy execution, the Specialist ensures the Logitech for Business partner marketing team delivers an outstanding experience for partners, empowering their marketing efforts and driving mutual business success. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about fostering strong partnerships. In this centralized role, you will collaborate with regional teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors to consistently implement scalable processes, global program alignment, and impactful partner engagement. By combining operational excellence, program management, and strategic oversight, this position will contribute to strengthening partnerships and driving mutual growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our channel partner community while supporting the strategic direction from in-region channel marketing managers.
  • Execute marketing tactics that support our partners' go-to-market plans and align with our overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic support to regional teams to execute MDF programs aligned with global frameworks while serving as the primary contact for inquiries.
  • Develop training resources, analyze performance, and incorporate feedback to improve MDF strategies and their overall impact.
  • Execute joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives with partners to generate leads, raise brand awareness, and drive revenue.
  • Coordinate and support partner participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring a strong presence and engagement.
  • Support training initiatives and drive the use of these resources to enable our partners' sales teams to effectively learn, tell, and sell our products and services.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, providing regular reports and analysis to optimize and improve results.
  • Oversee channel merchandising, global incentive, and gamification programs.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient at establishing and nurturing effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner with proficiency in adopting new tools; familiarity with marketing and analytical tools is advantageous, and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in roles related to partner marketing, channel marketing, or similar marketing fields, with a preference for experience in the Technology sector.
  • Shown track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns, including digital and event marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with partner marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization focusing on regional independence and global alignment.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, channel marketing dynamics, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong accountability, ownership, and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
