Astrodyne TDI is looking for a Global Distribution Manager for EMI Filters who is hands-on and enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team on developing the channel. This person will work closely with our distribution partner's resources to drive the business. The contact points at the partner will range from senior management to entry level associates. You will work closely with Product Management, Operations, field sales, inside sales, channel marketing and training teams to build positive relationships and expand the business. Ideal candidates will have strong critical thinking skills, executive presence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a capability to pilot complex data models, a knack for data-mining, and a passion for growing business. J ob Responsibilities: Develop, support, and strengthened relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and operations in our distributors Implement business development and marketing plans to drive exceptional revenue growth with our tier-2 partners. Coordinate and conduct sales trainings with distribution and tier 2 partners. Effectively communicate programs, promotions, and product launches to maximize the impact of key initiatives. Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure excess inventory is identified and work on actions with product management to increase sales. Work with business units and data analysts to optimize stocking package proposals, expand stocking breadth at tier-1 distributors Work with business units to process stock rotation requests Administrate our design registration program available to design-in partners Handle all transactional/operational issues that arise Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of B2B related experience is required. Distribution Manager or Director experience within the electronics industry. A consistent track record of efficiency and over-performance in sales or partner- management role. Travel, up to 20-30% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Must be autonomous, team player, hard worker, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and influential with strong communication, presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing skills. Results oriented, identify areas where we can improve as a team and raise and address them directly. Accountability is a must by taking ownership of your circumstances along with being collaborative by sharing early and often to keep the team engaged.
