About The Position

Children of the Nations International (COTNI) is offering an immersive 8 week graduate internship beginning Summer 2026 (mid-June – July), featuring two weeks of U.S.-based virtual (reading/online training) and on-site orientation followed by six weeks of placement in Malawi. Interns will receive cross cultural training, learn about COTNI’s mission and operations, and gain hands on experience working alongside the International Education Program Lead on activities such as program assessment, impact evaluation, documenting graduate success stories, and providing training support. At the end of their placement, an excursion to Lake Malawi is included, with time and guidance to debrief. This internship offers meaningful cross-cultural work experience that directly supports COTNI’s mission. We hope this experience inspires future leaders to partner with COTNI or other organizations dedicated to transformative global impact. Interns will be required to go through an application process and, if selected, cover the cost of any vaccinations, passport, and contribute $300 to the cost of the internship.
