Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in business; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred
- 12+ years' experience including management in multi-location environments, supervising technical specialists /cGMPs and GDP
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical best practices
- 5+ years' experience in supply chain
- 5+ years' experience in international business
- Demonstrated success negotiating global commercial contracts
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic direction and operation of CSL's global supply chain
- Develops and executes a global logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of goods throughout the supply chain
- Develops and implements policies, procedures and standards to maximize the efficiency, security, quality and cost effectiveness of the supply chain
- Develops and implements customs and trade compliance strategy and framework including supply chain security
- Manages key accounts and contracts of regional and global third party providers
- Liaises with senior management to ensure supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business
