We're looking for a Global HR Processes & Digital Solutions Lead to simplify, optimize, and digitalize how our global HR processes operate. Building on our existing HR systems, this role focuses on turning complex, manual workflows into smart, efficient, and scalable solutions. You'll partner with HR, IT, and COEs to translate business needs into practical process and technology solutions — from design through implementation and adoption. This position reports to the Head of Global HR Systems & Analytics and has no direct reports.
