About the position

Sauna360 Inc. seeks a motivated Global Marketing Director to lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical marketing plans with our core country partners in the United States, Finland, Sweden, and the U.K. This role is responsible for all marketing and customer care activities for the Global Sauna business. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across multiple businesses, cultures, time zones and international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social media, paid search, paid social, email, etc.) as well as creating effective communications to consumers, distributors and dealers, and the entire organization.
  • Develop product and service training for the Sales team and channel partners.
  • Lead and manage the global marketing channel team and are responsible for managing the marketing budgets effectively and allocating resources strategically.
  • Define, manage and activate brand positioning and messaging.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, product ideation, new product launches and product lifecycle.
  • Lead products and content marketing, creative events and customer experience.
  • Create, implement and track local marketing strategies and programs.
  • Develop and implement localized B2B and B2C marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Direct the localization process and resources for all customer-facing and channel-facing materials, including website, social media, email, collateral, training, other.
  • Develop, track and analyze marketing performance metrics as well as develop and implement strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Lead market research; identify trends, opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of success in global marketing roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be a strong storyteller with outstanding writing and creative skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and contribute to the business leadership team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Proficient in marketing technologies and tools.
