Job Description: Director, Global AdOps
The Director, Global AdOps will support the revenue team by analyzing and optimizing the global traffic and demand for DashBid. The Director, Global AdOps will recommend the right mix of products, solutions and services to maximize client success and streamline operational process with the goal of enabling the revenue team to maximize DashBidâs interests. You will be responsible for helping and guiding account managers in the management of day to day operations for our clients, building out an operations team, determining strategies, executing programs which improve yield, and guiding parts of product development planning. The job is a combination of supporting account managers, executing yield optimization and tag creation, and developing process and procedure to help scale and improve operations within the revenue team.
Your role may require you to interact with strategic partners and clients as well as potential strategic clients. At Dashbid all employees wear many hats. While your primary responsibility will be management around operational processes you will be expected to contribute anywhere within Dashbid which can help us achieve our goals (i.e. sales, product development, business development, and operations).
This is a full-time position located in New York City, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office â Word, Excel and Outlook)
*
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
*
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
*
3-5 years experience in an operations management position
*
Technical experience related to advertising technology and video
*
Bachelorâs degree
