Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location. Requirements

  • Sales, Relationship Management and/or relevant Cash Management Sales experience
  • Strong quantitative skills and an understanding of Payments, Liquidity & Cards related products
  • Highly motivated and achievement driven with an ability to support sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills that will enable conveying relevant and important information in a clear and concise manner both internally and directly with clients (including senior staff)
  • Strong project management skills to handle the pre-sales, sales, onboarding and ongoing client management processes with our clients and the various products they use with HSBC
  • Solid multitasking skills with a keen focus on continuously improving efficiency and performance
  • Desire to learn and stay current on Product and Industry trends
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of HSBC technology platforms to support internal and client projects
  • Team player who shares new ideas, collaborates and facilitates the participation and contribution of others
  • Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Sales Manager(s) by preparing sales materials and presentations
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Service teams for follow up on the client sales process
  • Have continuous engagement with the Relationship Banking teams
  • Proactively connect with Product teams
  • Work on constantly grow your knowledge of cash management products
  • Support the origination of new revenue sources and help to maintain and enhance existing revenue streams
  • Aid in identifying and selling innovative cash and liquidity management solutions to a defined portfolio of Financial Institution clients thus maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth
  • Contribute to the product pricing, while reviewing and negotiating the full range of cash management services together with effecting any cost reduction initiatives
