About The Position

We are seeking a Global Pricing Manager to join our Isolation Valves Business Unit. In this role, you will collaborate with Strategic Business Units, Product Managers, and Sales Leaders to drive Price Realization objectives and enhance pricing strategies, both strategic and transactional. You will leverage strong judgment and exceptional analytical skills to optimize existing pricing frameworks and implement actionable plans that deliver measurable results. This position offers a hybrid work environment in accordance with Emerson’s guidelines. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Strategic Pricing Expand pricing coverage for configured products by analyzing WebTool configurations and special options. Review price positioning and help optimize Delegation of Authority to improve quote speed and consistency. Analyze discounting trends, identify deviations, and collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Sales teams to address root causes impacting price realization. Lead competitive intelligence efforts using insights from Sales teams, CRM platforms, Vendavo, and publicly available sources. Support power-and-risk analysis to guide discussions around pricing strategies with SBUs and leadership. Develop and manage action plans related to non‑material pricing components (documentation, freight) across mature regions. Support corporate audits and contribute to pricing-related or process-improvement projects. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and analyzing pricing models or working in business analytics, business development, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and database tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • English fluency.
