Overview: Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Global Privacy Intern will work closely with the Legal team.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in privacy, data protection, technology, or compliance.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow structured processes.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations (coursework or project experience is welcome).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support global privacy rights intake, triage, and fulfillment, including documentation of request handling.
  • Maintain and update privacy records, templates, and internal documentation repositories.
  • Assist with mapping data flows, systems, and processing activities for regulatory compliance.
  • Help prepare materials for audits, DPIAs, PIAs, and other risk assessments.
  • Conduct research and track emerging privacy regulations and enforcement trends.
  • Collaborate with teams across Legal, InfoSec, HR, Engineering, and Product as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing privacy program initiatives, including process improvements, compliance projects, and automation.
  • Support with customer, supplier, investor and other due diligence requests
  • Assist with third-party risk management
  • Draft summaries, memos, and operational guidance in clear and practical language.
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
