This role serves as the central link between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Service to ensure competitive, profitable, and market<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?aligned offerings. Responsibilities include market analysis, product roadmap ownership, commercial support, and driving new products, solutions and services development aligned with customer applications and industrial standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in product management or engineering related to pumps or rotating equipment
  • Centrifugal pump experience strongly preferred
  • Datacenter application experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and business<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?case development capabilities.
  • Effective cross<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical pump and application performance into commercial value.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps for centrifugal pumps and datacenter applicable portfolio in IR.
  • Identify new market and application opportunities.
  • Create an exceptional growth focus by enhancing product portfolio and solution extensions specifically for Datacenter applications.
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from ideation through end<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?of<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?life decisions.
  • Ensure product quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
  • Market, Application, and Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct market research on Centrifugal Pumps and Datacenter applications and competitors.
  • Benchmark performance and pricing to guide differentiation.
  • Cross<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?Functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional products, solutions, and service development process.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and performance targets.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
  • Commercial & Channel Enablement
  • Support customers, end-users, distributors, sales teams, internal teams with technical<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?commercial guidance / expertise.
  • Develop pricing and positioning strategies, structures, sales tools, and product value messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product launches and technical content.
  • Enable sales teams with technical training and competitive messaging.
  • Performance & Profitability Management
  • Monitor and influence key KPIs such as sales, margin, costs, and market share.
  • Lead cost<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: "Cambria Math" , serif;color: rgb(37,39,41);font-weight: normal;">?reduction, SKU optimization, and portfolio performance initiatives.
