As a Global Product & Pricing Manager within our Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) team, you will take ownership of a diverse global product portfolio and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen Arxada’s performance in key markets. This is a highly influential role that bridges commercial, operational and strategic teams—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, works with grit, and enjoys solving complex challenges to move the business forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in B2B industries such as product management, marketing, sales, strategic procurement, category management or operations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret market insights and support high‑quality pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Curious, self-driven and comfortable working in competitive, fast-moving environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operational pricing and pricing software tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pricing strategy & margin optimization
  • Lead operative pricing and margin management for your product groups, developing pricing strategies that improve profitability while maintaining strong market alignment.
  • Enable cross-functional decision-making
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Controlling and Supply Chain to gather intelligence, review performance KPIs, and ensure effective implementation of pricing and margin initiatives.
  • Shape the product & asset roadmap
  • Build a mid‑term product roadmap that incorporates asset footprint strategy, risk assessments, business continuity plans and portfolio evolution to support sustained growth.
  • Lead asset-focused profitability projects
  • Champion gross profit optimization initiatives and oversee MTO/MTS decisions, inventory alignment, and allocation processes in oversold situations.
  • Ensure strong product stewardship
  • Oversee product master data accuracy, manage new SKU creation and rationalization, and coordinate seamless commercialisation of new or revised products together with Marketing, Technical, Operations and Sales.
