Global Senior Accountant – JLL Location: Remote What this job involves: We are seeking a Global Senior Accountant to join our PDS account team in a strategic role that combines comprehensive financial business partnering, leadership, and executive advisory responsibilities. This position serves as a key member of our finance business partnering team, providing data-driven insights, reporting, and strategic guidance to support business leaders in planning and decision-making activities that drive revenue growth and bottom-line margin expansion. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to PDS business leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making while building strong partnerships with business and operations teams globally. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a collaborative self-starter to advance their finance career while making a meaningful impact on JLL's PDS global business objectives. What your day-to-day will look like: Act as trusted advisor to PDS business leadership by facilitating executive-level meetings and providing strategic insights aligned with account goals and objectives Provide proactive analysis and commentary on business line performance, identifying key margin drivers through value-added analysis and reporting • Lead ad-hoc projects for PDS team members, delivering actionable approaches to understand and project business performance through comprehensive financial analysis Drive improvements and enhancements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support business leadership decision-making and strategic planning initiatives Implement and maintain strong financial controls to ensure organizational integrity and regulatory compliance across multiple countries and jurisdictions Support business case creation and accountability frameworks while collaborating with finance counterparts globally to ensure consistency and best practices Drive implementation and utilization of financial systems, tools, and technologies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution Minimum of 3-5 years of Real Estate Project Accounting experience with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting Strong adaptability skills with ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks, and responsibilities while working with diverse teams Excellent planning and organizing capabilities with proven ability to establish courses of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results effectively Demonstrated ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs Strong client focus with dedication to meeting expectations and requirements of both external and internal clients while maintaining effective relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis Preferred Qualifications: CPA certification or progress toward CPA completion Experience dealing with ambiguity and change management, with ability to shift gears comfortably and make decisions without having the complete picture Strong drive for results with proven track record of exceeding goals and pushing self and others for optimal performance outcomes • Previous experience in financial business partnering or advisory roles within professional services or real estate industry Knowledge of financial systems implementation and process improvement methodologies Experience with international compliance requirements and multi-country financial operations Background in strategic planning, business case development, and executive-level financial presentations This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 90,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
