About The Position

The organization is seeking a highly experienced Client Solutions Manager IV to serve as a Global Solutions Partner supporting strategic global accounts. This role is responsible for driving revenue acceleration, leading product solution adoption, and strengthening executive‑level relationships across client and agency partners. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital media, data‑driven strategy, cross‑functional leadership, and global account management. This position plays a critical role in shaping strategic roadmaps, guiding measurement and optimization, and enabling knowledge exchange across global, regional, and local teams. The Global Solutions Partner will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing science, product, engineering, creative, and sales to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure alignment across all markets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, media, advertising technology, or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse internal and external teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Deep familiarity with major digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
  • Experience using enterprise advertising tools, measurement solutions, and optimization frameworks.
  • Prior experience supporting global clients or managing multi‑market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Client Leads to develop and execute strategic roadmaps and global business plans across client and agency relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by accelerating product solution adoption, implementing best practices, and managing co‑investment initiatives.
  • Lead media strategy, measurement frameworks, and optimization efforts in partnership with analytics and marketing science teams.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence client and internal decision‑making.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across global, regional, and local sales teams to ensure alignment on account priorities and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive‑level clients, media agencies, and cross‑functional internal partners.
  • Develop capability‑building programs that empower regional and local teams to scale solution adoption effectively.
  • Support troubleshooting, platform issue resolution, and solution mapping for client needs.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across internal teams and client organizations to ensure consistent understanding of strategy, performance, and opportunities.
  • Travel domestically as needed to support client engagements and cross‑functional collaboration.
