The Global Strategic Account “GSA” Program Director is responsible for leading the Energy+ GSA program, driving growth, targeting innovation, and ensuring customer success across global strategic accounts. This position reports to the Vice President, Energy+ Global Sales and is part of the Energy+ business unit with headquarters in Port Washington, New York and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define and maintain selection standards for GSA growth accounts, regularly reviewing alignment with strategic goals. Champion GSA growth through enhanced account management, leveraging customer insights, scorecards, and third-party data. Partner with regional sales leaders to support GSA long-term growth strategies. Engage with research & development to accelerate innovation and solution development identified through and targeted at GSA customers. Guide development and execution of customer-specific and systemic action plans. Ensure successful rollout and compliance through close liaison with senior account managers and sales champions. Provide consistent reporting on program insights, business outcomes, customer feedback, and emerging issues.
