Your Role: As a Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) Program Manager in the Process Solution Business Unit within the (GSA) organization, you will play a critical role in leveraging customer and market insights to develop and execute strategic programs with key customers, focusing on long-term, mutually beneficial goals. Collaborating with Commercial Teams, internal Business Partners, and strategic accounts, you will enhance customer satisfaction through differentiated services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3-5+ years’ experience working in the pharma or Biopharma industry, in Commercial/R&D/Marketing/Manufacturing, Supply or in a related PMO role
  • The role will require some (<10-15%) domestic and international travel
  • Broad experience in managing complex projects in a matrix organization, with customers and across boundaries
  • Strong written and verbal skills including communication at the Executive level, presentation skills and the ability to build cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in analyzing highly complex business processes as well as data sets and effectively simplifying them into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others for building interactive dashboards
  • Role can be based anywhere in the US, preferably on the East Coast

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer point of contact to oversee all strategic initiatives and ensure its execution through a tactical plan
  • Supporting achievement of the cluster sales targets
  • Leading Global strategic initiatives from multiples sites
  • Establishing an Account Governance structure
  • Enabling Molecule Mapping and Opportunity Pipeline Management
  • Updating strategic account plans with Commercial Teams
  • Initiate early engagement on differentiated services (could be customized services) in areas like Digitalization and / or Sustainability, AI, etc.
  • Provide sales insights for tactical plans, and manage multiple projects using project management tools to ensure timely and quality delivery based on customer’s requirements.
