Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The Global Sustainability Program Manager is responsible for for leading sustainability programs across Cepheid’s footprint. This role drives measurable improvement in energy management and waste minimization, using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to standardize, mature, and sustain results. This role supports Cepheid achieving Danaher’s climate ambition of reducing absolute emissions across Scope 1 & 2 by 50.4% (compared to 2021 baseline) and the development of Scope 3 baseline inventory. This role will include opportunities to grow and pursue Danaher’s internal certified practitioner (CP) and/or professional certifications. This position reports to the Sr. Manager EHS and is part of the Environmental Sustainability team located in Bothell, WA and will be an on-site role. Additionally, Lodi/Newark/Sunnyvale (CA) would be considered.
