About The Position

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Trade Import Export Compliance Manager to join our team. One team, infinite possibilities. A US-based specialty alloys manufacturer supporting the aerospace and defense industry is seeking an experienced Global Trade Compliance and Export Controls Manager to lead and manage its international trade compliance program. This role will oversee export compliance and regulatory requirements across operations and customers in North America, Europe and Asia ensuring adherence to export control regulations and key international trade. The successful candidate will serve as the company’s subject matter expert for global export controls, supporting international aerospace supply chains and programs. Work Environment: Remote position with approximately 15% travel to support training, audits, and operational sites. Why join us? Requirements

  • 7–10 years experience in export compliance within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
  • Experience with DDTC licensing and export classification
  • Experience managing SAM registration and federal contractor compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with CMMC requirements and SPRS score submissions
  • Experience using DECCS, SNAP-R, AES, and ACE systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or International Trade
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
  • Experience developing trade compliance programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
