This role oversees vocal talent for Zion Church globally by managing auditions, providing coaching, and coordinating vocal arrangements to support the worship experience. Responsibilities include selecting and casting soloists for weekly worship services, as well as supervising and directing part-time vocal staff and volunteers across all Zion campuses. The position also includes key administrative duties, such as coordinating schedules and facilitating global worship experiences for the Music and Arts Department.
