Pay Scale: $65,000 - $115,000 (Depending on Experience) Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. We are looking for candidates with previous Dealership Experience.

Requirements

  • Prior Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
  • Satisfactory Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone to customers
  • Coordinate service appointments and answer incoming phone calls
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document what the customer is saying the vehicle issues are
  • Writes up repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered by Technician, as well as repairs and services required - obtain authorization from customer and signatures where required
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage
  • Review Vehicle Inspections provided by Technicians
  • Create detailed estimates and explain the scope of work to customers
  • Recommend and sell additional services for our valued customers’ vehicles for optimal performance
  • Closing repair orders and ensuring accurate billing
  • Keep customers informed of repairs and status of vehicle
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (monthly bonus if goal is achieved)
