With direction from the Program Director, the GME Program Manager is a key member of the program leadership team and plays a critical role in the success of the residency/fellowship program. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with comprehensive knowledge of ACGME requirements, policies, and procedures. The Program Manager oversees accreditation activities, recruitment, scheduling, financial tracking, and administrative operations while serving as a primary resource for residents/fellows and faculty.
