About The Position

Be the one who kicks off the race! As a Go-Kart Racing Guide, you’ll help guests strap in, learn the rules of the track, and experience the rush of racing like pros — all while ensuring safety and fun go hand-in-hand. You’ll fuel the excitement of competition, create laughter at the finish line, and send every driver home with a victory story.

Requirements

High energy and a love of fast-paced fun
Strong communication and safety awareness
Ability to stay focused under pressure
18 years of age and older
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and engage participants.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid.
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves
