Panther is led by accomplished tech, biotech and health professionals Position Overview: Panther Life Sciences is seeking an MBA intern to support go-to-market (GTM) strategy as we develop and launch new products built on our microneedle array patch platform. This role will focus on market research for new product opportunities, competitive analysis, branding and positioning, and outreach to dermatologists and key opinion leaders. The intern will work closely with the leadership team to help shape early commercial strategy and translate technical innovation into compelling market opportunities. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of health technology, product strategy, and commercialization in a fast-moving startup environment. Our team combines deep expertise across life sciences, engineering, and user experience design, and is led by entrepreneurs with a successful track record in launching transformative technologies and companies.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Market analysis and strategic thinking: Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations that inform product positioning and commercialization strategy.
  • Communication and relationship-building skills: Comfortable engaging with dermatology professionals, partners, and internal stakeholders while clearly communicating Panther’s mission and value proposition.
  • Adaptability and initiative: Able to navigate ambiguity, incorporate feedback quickly, and move between independent and collaborative work.
  • Strong interest in healthcare, biotech, dermatology, or medical technology preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA required (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

  • Build a network of dermatology innovators: Identify and engage early adopters, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical collaborators to help shape early adoption of Panther’s microneedle patch technology.
  • Support go-to-market strategy: Evaluate potential commercial pathways, including medical provider–focused channels and direct-to-consumer approaches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Assess market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and commercialization strategy.
  • Contribute to brand and product positioning: Help translate Panther’s technology into compelling messaging for clinicians, partners, and future customers.
