The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for maintaining readily available quantities of sales carts at various locations to accommodate daily sales tours at Founders Club, River Island Sales, and Tour Reception buildings. Additional responsibilities include cleaning of sales carts interior/exterior to an acceptable guest ready appearance. This position will perform thorough cleaning of Cart Barn, Tour Path, and Tour Reception Parking Lots, and Tour Reception exterior, to include trash removal, Additional responsibilities include reporting lost & found, assisting with lost guests, body fluid spills, and projects of all sorts for maintaining the resorts cleanliness and quality expectations. Daily guidance is received from the Lead Cart Attendant and Manager of Sales and Marketing Support.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
May not have any Type A violations in the last three (3) years; (which include, but are not limited to, DWI, DUI, refusing a substance test, driving with an open container of alcohol, reckless driving, hit and run, fleeing a police officer, racing, driving while license is revoked or suspended, manslaughter or any felony)
High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
This individual must be able to clean according to HICV Orlando standards for cleanliness and time standards.
Knowledge of standard cleaning, procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information (SDS)
Ability to read and understand labels and instructions, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products
Ability to work under little supervision.

Nice To Haves

Experience in golf cart operation/team cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

Staging of sales carts prior to tours and maintaining quantities throughout shift.
Daily detail of assigned locations to include litter picking, and other cleaning needs.
Maintain the cleanliness of the sales carts both interior/exterior.
Communicate tour counts, and complete daily checklist.
Inspecting/cleaning equipment, charging and disconnecting chargers.
