About The Position

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Promote a high level of hospitality to maintain profitability of operations. Open or close shift as deemed by the Wabasha Creek Manager. Monitor staffing levels during shift. Ensure proper training of kitchen staff, waitstaff and beverage staff during shift. Maintain food quality to the expectations of the Wabasha Creek Manager. Work opposite shift of the Wabasha Creek Manager as needed. Assist with monthly Food & Beverage inventory. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Receive all goods in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform regular Food & Beverage duties. Lead by example. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry required.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong training skills.
  • Able to work nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of POS system.
  • Some equipment knowledge (front and back of house).
  • Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
  • Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
  • Mobility throughout the facility.
  • Frequent heavy lifting.
  • Frequent bending and stooping.
  • Able to walk extensively.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
