About The Position

Do you enjoy customer service and being part of the action at the golf course? Join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant and help create a great experience for every golfer who visits. In this role, you’ll assist players with tee times, process greens fees and merchandise purchases, and help keep the pro shop organized and welcoming.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable handling cash and basic math transactions
• Basic computer or tablet skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and book tee times for golfers
• Register players and process greens fees and pro shop purchases
• Use golf course management software to manage reservations
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pro shop
• Fold merchandise, restock displays, and dust fixtures
• Work closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly
