About The Position

Golf Course Superintendent The Club at Rolling Hills – Golden, Colorado About The Club The Club at Rolling Hills is a premier private, member-owned club located in Golden, Colorado. Originally designed by J. Press Maxwell and established in 1955, the Club relocated in 1968 to its current site, beautifully set against South Table Mountain in the Golden community. Our championship golf course features Poa annua/Bentgrass greens, Kentucky bluegrass/rye fairways and tees, and bluegrass roughs. Complementing the course are four indoor and four outdoor tennis courts, a resort-style pool complex with bar and lawn, and a clubhouse that overlooks the course, offering both casual and fine dining with expansive patio seating to enjoy Colorado’s exceptional climate. We are currently completing a $3 million course enhancement project that includes new tee construction, complete bunker renovation with Capillary Concrete liners, and improved drainage systems. This spring marks the exciting unveiling of these improvements to our membership. Position Overview The Golf Course Superintendent reports directly to the Director of Agronomy and plays a key leadership role in delivering championship-quality playing conditions. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented turf professional who thrives in a high-end private club environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. At Rolling Hills, we are committed to getting a little better every day and cultivating a culture of excellence across all areas of operation.
