About The Position
Crystal Springs is looking for someone with great customer service skills to assist our customers in the pro shop. Our Ideal candidate will be able to handle the following responsibilities, while maintaining professionalism and hospitality to our customers.
Requirements
- Well groomed
- Enthusiastic demeanor
- Customer oriented
- Willing to comply to dress code
- Must have strong sales skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Nice To Haves
- Merchandising and golf equipment knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Spread goodwill among all patrons
- Warmly welcome each patron
- Input customers into the computer
- Answer telephones
- Sell merchandise to customers
- Re-stock merchandise
- Provide the highest possible level of service at all times
- Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor
- Communicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisor
- Perform opening procedures as delineated in the operations manual
