SUMMARY: Perform various duties to ensure great customer service with a professional attitude.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a high school education.
• Must have satisfactory knowledge of the following: · Safe handling of food. · Point of Sales Systems, retail sales, and inventory control methods. · Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively and communicate with the public and employees of the organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and fractions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Make sound decisions and use good judgment.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, enter reservations, starting and monitoring of play, track and verify all players and guests, rent golf carts.
• Operate point of sale system to sell merchandise, concessions and beer.
• Ability to handle cash and make change.
• Prepare food, keep concession area clean, ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Clean bathrooms and take out trash.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
