About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and celebrate team successes to foster guest loyalty and maintain a positive attitude.
• Professionally answer the phone and handle guest check-ins and golf reservations.
• Promote teamwork by taking responsibility for personal actions and celebrating team achievements.
• Assist with retail operations, including merchandise check-ins, inventory, performance monitoring, and displays, using sales techniques to boost sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with staff regarding course operations and HR issues; suggest improvements through appropriate channels.
• Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results as needed.
