About The Position
As a Gourmet Food Server at Le Cirque in Bellagio, you’ll deliver an exceptional fine dining experience in one of Las Vegas’ most celebrated French restaurants, known for its elegant atmosphere and award-winning cuisine. You’ll guide guests through their dining journey by taking and delivering orders with precision, maintaining beautifully presented tables, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks with professionalism. Through attentive service, side work, and meticulous station upkeep, you’ll help create the refined, unforgettable experience that defines Le Cirque.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in Forbes or Michelin rated restaurants preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
